Spicy Brussels Sprouts (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound Brussels sprouts
02 - 1/4 cup olive oil
03 - 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Wash and dry the Brussels sprouts. Trim off the woody ends and slice them in half lengthwise.
03 - Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, chipotle chili powder, salt, and pepper.
04 - Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a foil-lined cookie sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 45 minutes, depending on size.
05 - The Brussels sprouts are done when they are fork-tender, and the outer leaves have started to turn crispy and brown.
