# Ingredients:

→ Cheese Mixture

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 12 oz sour cream
03 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
04 - 1 tbsp TABASCO® Sauce
05 - 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
06 - 3 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
07 - 4 oz pepper jack cheese, grated
08 - 4 green onions, thinly sliced
09 - 12 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
10 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

→ Bread

11 - 1 round sourdough bread (approximately 16 oz)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut the top off the sourdough bread and scoop out the insides, leaving a 1-inch layer of bread around the edges. Brush the inside of the bread bowl with olive oil, place it on a baking sheet, and bake for 10 minutes.
02 - In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and TABASCO® Sauce. Mix until well combined. Stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepper jack cheese, green onions, and bacon.
03 - Carefully spoon the cheese mixture into the prepared bread bowl. Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Reduce oven heat to 375°F and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese has completely melted.
04 - Serve the dip immediately while warm.

# Notes:

01 - For enhanced flavor, use freshly grated cheeses instead of pre-shredded ones.
02 - The bread insides scooped out can be toasted and served alongside the dip as dippers.
