# Ingredients:

→ Dumplings and Sauce

01 - 13.5 ounces full-fat coconut milk (1 can)
02 - 3 tablespoons red curry paste
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon fish sauce
06 - 1 tablespoon honey
07 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
08 - 4 cups fresh spinach, packed
09 - 20-24 frozen dumplings

→ Garnish

10 - Chili crisp
11 - Green onions, sliced
12 - White and black sesame seeds

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F. In the bottom of your baking dish, combine coconut milk, red curry paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Whisk until the curry paste and honey are fully dissolved and the sauce is smooth.
02 - Add the spinach to the sauce. Arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer on top of the spinach and sauce mixture.
03 - Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes to steam the dumplings and wilt the spinach.
04 - Remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for a minute. Spoon sauce gently over dumplings. Drizzle with chili crisp, then garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of white and black sesame seeds before serving.

# Notes:

01 - The sauce may thicken when chilled; add water to loosen when reheating.
02 - The sauce can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and stored in the fridge.
03 - If freezing the uncooked dish, bake directly from frozen, adding extra time as needed.
