# Ingredients:

→ Fish

01 - 4 salmon filets (approximately 1.5 pounds, skin on)

→ Seasoning

02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Bang Bang Sauce

07 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
08 - 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
09 - 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce, or more to taste
10 - 1 tablespoon honey

→ Garnish

11 - Chives, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
02 - Pat salmon filets dry with paper towel. Drizzle olive oil over all sides and gently rub to coat.
03 - Mix paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over both sides of salmon filets.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth. Divide sauce in half for brushing and drizzling.
05 - Using half of the prepared sauce, brush an even layer over each salmon filet.
06 - Place salmon filets skin-side down on prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
07 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until salmon is opaque and flakes easily. Begin checking for doneness after 6 minutes; internal temperature should reach 145°F. For extra crisp, broil for 1 to 2 minutes at the end.
08 - Transfer salmon to serving plates. Drizzle with remaining Bang Bang sauce and garnish with chopped chives.

# Notes:

01 - For even cooking, allow salmon filets to come to room temperature before starting.
