Cook the onion beef jam according to instructions. Once done, spoon out 1/2 cup and set aside for use as a topping.

Add sour cream, cream cheese, and green onions to the remaining warm beef jam in the skillet. Stir gently until the mixture is smooth and thoroughly combined.

Season the mixture with kosher salt and black pepper according to preference.

Transfer the dip to a small serving bowl. Top with the reserved beef jam and additional sliced green onions.

Serve the dip warm with crackers, potato chips, crostini, or fresh vegetables. For later use, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
