# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese
02 - 1 cup rolled oats
03 - 1 cup fresh blueberries
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
06 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 1 teaspoon baking powder

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
02 - Blend or whisk the cottage cheese, oats, eggs, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
03 - Fold in the fresh blueberries gently to avoid breaking them.
04 - Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
05 - Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set.
06 - Cool for 5 minutes before serving warm. Optionally, top with Greek yogurt, extra honey, or nuts for added texture.
