# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups lettuce, chopped
02 - 2 cups cauliflower florets
03 - ½ cup celery, thinly sliced
04 - ½ cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
05 - ½ cup tomatoes, sliced
06 - ¼ cup buffalo sauce
07 - ¼ cup bread crumbs
08 - ¼ cup almond milk
09 - 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
10 - ½ teaspoon salt
11 - ½ teaspoon pepper
12 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
13 - ½ teaspoon paprika

# Steps:

01 - Wash all produce thoroughly and preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
02 - Toss the cauliflower florets in almond milk, then coat with seasoning and bread crumbs. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
03 - Remove the cauliflower from the oven, toss with buffalo sauce, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
04 - While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare the remaining produce by cutting and slicing as listed in the ingredient section.
05 - Once the cauliflower is done roasting, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
06 - In a large serving dish, combine the chopped produce. Top with the buffalo cauliflower and drizzle with vegan ranch dressing.
