Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Unroll the sheet of crescent dough onto the prepared baking sheet and stretch it slightly without splitting it. If using regular crescent dough, pinch the seams together.

Spread the cream cheese evenly over the dough.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon evenly over the cream cheese.

Cut the sheet in half and roll each half tightly from the bottom upwards. Pinch the dough together securely.

Cut into 1/2-inch thick spirals and carefully place them on the baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.

Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve immediately, garnished with fresh chopped parsley or green onions if desired.
