Peel the oranges and cut them into wedges or sticks. Remove any excess pith to ensure a clean appearance.

Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.

Hold each orange stick by one end and dip halfway into the melted chocolate. Allow excess chocolate to drip off. Place dipped pieces onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

If desired, sprinkle a small pinch of sea salt on top of each chocolate-dipped orange piece before the chocolate sets.

Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
