# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box (15.25 oz) devil’s food cake mix
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 1/3 cup vegetable oil

→ Marshmallow Filling

04 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 7 oz marshmallow fluff
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of salt
08 - Red gel food coloring
09 - Green gel food coloring

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine the devil’s food cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until a cohesive dough forms. Portion dough into evenly sized balls, arranging them on a parchment-lined baking sheet with space between each.
02 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cookies are just set. Cool completely on a wire rack before assembling.
03 - In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until light and fluffy. Evenly divide the filling into two bowls and tint each with red or green gel food coloring as desired.
04 - Spread a generous layer of marshmallow filling onto the flat side of half the cookies. Top with remaining cookies to form sandwiches, gently pressing together.
