Pour the oat mixture into a greased 23×23 cm (9×9-inch) baking dish. Dollop the cream cheese mixture evenly over the oats. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the cream cheese into the oat mixture, creating a marbled effect.

Sprinkle additional cinnamon and sugar on top if desired. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
