02 - 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy alternative)
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
07 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Cream Cheese Swirl

09 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
10 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
11 - 1 tablespoon milk

→ Topping

12 - Ground cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well incorporated.
03 - In a separate bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 tablespoon of milk until smooth and creamy.
04 - Pour the oat mixture into a greased 23×23 cm (9×9-inch) baking dish. Dollop the cream cheese mixture evenly over the oats. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the cream cheese into the oat mixture, creating a marbled effect.
05 - Sprinkle additional cinnamon and sugar on top if desired. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
06 - Allow the oatmeal bake to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftover oatmeal bake in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
02 - For longer storage, freeze individual portions wrapped tightly in plastic wrap and then in a freezer bag.
03 - Reheat in the microwave or oven before serving.
04 - For a softer texture, quick oats can be substituted for rolled oats.
05 - Greek yogurt can replace cream cheese for a lighter swirl.
06 - Coconut sugar can be used as a healthier alternative to brown sugar.
