12 - ⅔ cup granulated sugar
13 - ⅔ cup chopped pecans
14 - 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon

# Étapes à suivre:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Line two muffin pans with 24 muffin liners and set aside.
03 - In a medium bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sea salt, pumpkin pie spice, and baking soda. Whisk to combine and set aside.
04 - In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, pumpkin puree, oil, milk, and vanilla extract.
05 - Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
06 - Using an ice cream scoop, fill muffin liners about three-quarters full.
07 - In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar, chopped pecans, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir to combine.
08 - Sprinkle a teaspoon or more of the topping onto each muffin.
09 - Bake muffins for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes in the muffin pan before transferring to a cooling rack.
