# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 10 large jalapeños, halved lengthwise and seeded
02 - 6 ounces brie cheese, rind removed
03 - 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce, homemade or canned
04 - 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted (optional)
05 - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze, for drizzling

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Cut the brie cheese into small pieces approximately 2 inches long and 1/4 inch thick, ensuring each piece fits snugly inside each jalapeño half.
03 - Place a piece of brie into the cavity of each jalapeño half and arrange them upright and closely together on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over each filled jalapeño. If using canned cranberry sauce, stir to loosen. Scatter chopped pecans on top as desired.
05 - Transfer to the oven and bake for 13 to 17 minutes, or until the brie is melted and bubbling and the peppers are slightly softened.
06 - Remove from the oven. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving. Present warm.

# Notes:

01 - For enhanced flavor, toast pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently until fragrant and golden.
