Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Cut the brie cheese into small pieces approximately 2 inches long and 1/4 inch thick, ensuring each piece fits snugly inside each jalapeño half.

Place a piece of brie into the cavity of each jalapeño half and arrange them upright and closely together on the prepared baking sheet.

Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over each filled jalapeño. If using canned cranberry sauce, stir to loosen. Scatter chopped pecans on top as desired.

Transfer to the oven and bake for 13 to 17 minutes, or until the brie is melted and bubbling and the peppers are slightly softened.

Remove from the oven. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving. Present warm.
