01 - 10 large jalapeños, halved lengthwise and seeded
02 - 6 ounces brie cheese, rind removed
03 - 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce, homemade or canned
04 - 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted (optional)
05 - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze, for drizzling

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Slice brie cheese into pieces approximately 2 inches long and 1/4 inch thick to fit inside each jalapeño half.
03 - Place a slice of brie inside each jalapeño half. Arrange the halves snugly on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they stay upright.
04 - Spoon 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over each jalapeño. If using canned cranberry sauce, stir briefly to loosen before topping. Sprinkle chopped toasted pecans over each, if desired.
05 - Bake for 13 to 17 minutes, or until brie is melted and bubbling and jalapeños are slightly softened.
06 - Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve warm.

01 - To toast pecans, place them in a dry skillet over medium heat for several minutes, stirring frequently until fragrant and lightly golden.
