Cranberry Pecan Brie Bites (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cranberry sauce
02 - 2 packages (8.8 oz each) Original Stonefire naan flatbread
03 - 1 package (8 oz) brie cheese
04 - 24 pecan halves
05 - Fresh thyme for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - Cut naan into pieces using a pizza cutter. Aim for 6 to 8 pieces per naan.
03 - Cut small wedges off the wheel of brie and place on top of the naan. Spoon a small amount of the cooled cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
04 - Top with a pecan half and place the pieces on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until brie starts to melt and bubble.
06 - Remove from the oven, top with a sprig of fresh thyme, and serve immediately.
