07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

09 - 2 bell peppers, any color, sliced into strips
10 - 1 yellow or red onion, sliced

11 - Juice of 1 lime
12 - Flour tortillas
13 - Avocado, sliced
14 - Shredded cheese

# Steps:

01 - Arrange chicken breasts in the base of the slow cooker. Pour in water or chicken broth, then add minced garlic, honey, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
02 - Evenly layer the bell pepper strips and sliced onion over the seasoned chicken.
03 - Secure the lid and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
04 - Transfer the chicken to a board and allow it to rest briefly before slicing or shredding.
05 - Return the chicken to the slow cooker, add lime juice, and toss thoroughly with the cooked vegetables.
06 - Divide the chicken and vegetable mixture among flour tortillas. Top as desired with avocado, shredded cheese, and Greek yogurt or sour cream. Serve immediately.
