# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 to 5 boneless chicken thighs
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 1 tablespoon neutral oil
04 - 2 1/2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
07 - 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
08 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
09 - 1 cup chicken stock
10 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
11 - 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

# Steps:

01 - Generously coat the chicken thighs with Cajun seasoning, paprika, and Italian seasoning, ensuring even coverage on all sides.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the butter and oil. Once hot, sear the chicken thighs for about 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Sprinkle in the flour, stirring continuously for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the chicken stock, then add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer, stirring frequently, until the sauce is smooth and thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
04 - Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, coating them with the creamy Cajun sauce. Simmer for an additional 2 minutes, then serve immediately with your preferred side dishes.

# Notes:

01 - Adjust the spiciness to taste by varying the amount of Cajun seasoning.
02 - Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream if a lighter sauce is desired.
