In a large bowl, combine 2 cups all-purpose flour, ¼ tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, and ¼ tsp salt. Mix well. Add ¼ cup curd and ½ cup milk. Knead to form a soft dough, adding more milk as required. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and knead until smooth. Grease the dough with olive oil, cover, and let it rest for 1 hour.
02 -
Knead the rested dough slightly, then divide it into portions. Shape each portion into a smooth ball, ensuring no cracks. Roll out each ball to a slightly thick circle with uniform thickness. Prick the rolled dough using a fork to prevent puffing during cooking.
03 -
Cook the prepared pizza base on a hot tawa over medium heat. Flip and cook both sides until lightly golden. Set aside the cooked bases.
04 -
In a bowl, mix ½ cup tomato sauce, 2 tbsp chili sauce, ½ tsp chili flakes, and 1 tsp mixed herbs. Stir until well combined. The instant pizza sauce is ready.
05 -
Spread ½ tbsp of the prepared pizza sauce evenly over the half-cooked pizza base. Top with chopped capsicum, onion, tomato, sweet corn, jalapeno, and olives. Sprinkle 2 tbsp grated cheese on top.
06 -
Place the assembled pizza on a hot tawa over low heat. Cover and cook until the cheese melts and the base is fully cooked. Garnish with chili flakes and mixed herbs before serving.
