04 - 4 cups cooked and cooled long-grain rice

08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

# Steps:

01 - Preheat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
02 - Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until aromatic and soft.
03 - Add cooked rice and sesame oil to the skillet. Stir well, breaking up any clumps so the rice is evenly coated.
04 - Move rice to one side of the pan. Crack eggs into the empty space, scrambling gently until just set.
05 - Mix scrambled eggs with the rice. Add dark soy sauce, salt, garlic salt, and lemon juice. Stir continuously until evenly combined and heated through.
