# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pre-made pizza crust

→ Spread and Toppings

02 - 1/2 cup fig jam
03 - 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
04 - 1/2 cup fresh arugula
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
07 - Salt, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 450°F. Ensure the oven is fully heated for optimal crust texture.
02 - Place the pre-made pizza crust on a lightly floured surface and roll to desired thickness. Transfer the crust to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
03 - Spread fig jam evenly across the crust, leaving a small border around the edge for a defined crust.
04 - Distribute crumbled goat cheese evenly over the fig jam layer.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the goat cheese softens slightly.
06 - Remove pizza from oven and immediately top with fresh arugula for optimal flavor and texture.
07 - Drizzle balsamic glaze over the pizza. Season with olive oil, salt, and black pepper as desired before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 4 days. Reheat slices in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes to maintain a crisp crust.
02 - Substitute gluten-free pizza crust for a gluten-free version. Other fruit jams or feta cheese may also be used.
