5 Minute Watermelon Sorbet (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 cups seedless watermelon, cubed into 1-inch pieces (from approximately 3 pounds)
02 - 1/3 cup liquid sweetener of choice, such as maple syrup, simple syrup, honey, or agave nectar
03 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (from 1 medium lime)
04 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

# Steps:

01 - Combine the watermelon cubes, liquid sweetener, lime juice, and kosher salt in a blender. Process until smooth and thoroughly blended.
02 - Pour the blended mixture into a shallow dish and transfer to the freezer. Every hour for 4 hours, use a fork to stir and break up any ice crystals until the sorbet is evenly frozen.
03 - Once frozen to the desired consistency, use an ice cream scoop or large spoon to portion the sorbet into serving bowls and enjoy immediately.
