# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds stew meat
02 - 1 small sweet onion, diced
03 - 4 carrots, peeled and cut into large chunks
04 - 6 ounces turnips, cut into large bite-sized pieces
05 - 2 tablespoons small tapioca pearls
06 - 1 cup beef broth
07 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
08 - 1 tablespoon sugar
09 - 2 teaspoons herb and garlic seasoning
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Steps:

01 - Thaw freezer bag and add contents to a slow cooker.
02 - Cover and cook on High for 2-3 hours or on Low for 6-8 hours.

# Notes:

01 - Be sure to thaw before cooking.
02 - If you can't find tapioca pearls, substitute with tapioca flour or regular flour. Tapioca pearls provide a smooth thickening effect.
03 - It's not necessary to brown the stew meat before cooking in this recipe.
