01 - 2 grilled chicken breasts
02 - 4 slices of ham
03 - 4 slices of Swiss cheese
04 - 2 whole wheat sandwich rolls
05 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
06 - Lettuce leaves
07 - Tomato slices
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Season the grilled chicken breasts with salt and pepper. If they are not already grilled, cook them on a grill or stovetop until fully cooked and golden brown.
02 - Slice the grilled chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thinner pieces. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each sandwich roll.
03 - Place a piece of grilled chicken on the bottom half of each roll. Top with a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese. If desired, add additional layers for extra flavor.
04 - Close the sandwich and place it on a grill or in a skillet over medium heat. Press down gently with a spatula to help melt the cheese. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
05 - Once the sandwich is toasted to perfection, remove it from the heat. Add lettuce leaves and tomato slices to the sandwich before closing it up.
06 - Cut the sandwich in half for easier handling and serve immediately while warm.
