04 - 2.2 pounds lean ground beef (95% lean)
05 - 2 teaspoons onion powder
06 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
07 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
08 - 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
09 - 5.2 ounces pepperoni, coarsely chopped
10 - Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
11 - Spray oil

→ Assembly

12 - 6 large wraps (about 10 inches diameter each)
13 - 7 ounces shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese (such as Belgioioso)
14 - Additional sauce of your choice (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine crushed tomatoes, chopped parsley, and dried oregano. Mix well and set aside.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, tomato paste, smoked paprika, and pepperoni. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Remove from heat.
03 - Lay one wrap flat on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of prepared sauce across the surface, leaving a small border. Top with meat filling and shredded mozzarella cheese. Roll up the wrap tightly and secure with toothpicks. Repeat with remaining wraps.
04 - Arrange the assembled rolls seam side down on a baking sheet. Lightly spray with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
05 - Remove rolls from the oven. Allow to cool slightly, then slice each roll and serve with additional sauce if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Customize the filling by adding toppings such as mushrooms, bell peppers, or olives according to preference.
02 - For a vegetarian alternative, substitute the lean ground beef with plant-based protein crumbles.
