# Ingredients:

→ Salmon

01 - 1 pound salmon, skins removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
03 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Honey Garlic Sauce

08 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter (1/2 stick)
09 - 1/2 cup honey
10 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
11 - 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
12 - 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
13 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

→ Garnish

14 - Green onions, thinly sliced
15 - Sesame seeds

# Steps:

01 - Combine salmon cubes, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Toss thoroughly to ensure the salmon is evenly coated.
02 - Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, white wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Stir and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3–4 minutes, then set aside.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned salmon cubes in a single layer. Sear the salmon for 1–2 minutes per side, turning until golden brown on all sides and cooked through.
04 - Reduce the heat to medium-low. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the cooked salmon and gently toss to evenly coat the cubes in the sauce.
05 - Transfer the glazed salmon bites to a serving platter. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds immediately before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Adjust the amount of garlic or red pepper flakes in the sauce to match your preferred taste and spice level.
02 - For a caramelized texture, broil the glazed salmon bites for 2–3 minutes after tossing in the sauce.
