# Ingredients:

→ Peanut Sauce

01 - ½ cup peanut butter
02 - ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
03 - ½ tablespoon freshly grated ginger
04 - 1 clove garlic, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
06 - 1 teaspoon maple syrup
07 - ½ teaspoon sriracha
08 - ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
09 - 3 tablespoon cool water (add more to thin sauce if desired)

10 - 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
11 - 1 cup red cabbage, chopped
12 - ½ cup mandarin oranges
13 - ½ cup shelled edamame
14 - ½ cup carrots, shredded
15 - ¼ cup peanuts, chopped
16 - ¼ cup cilantro
17 - ¼ cup green onions, chopped
18 - ¼ cup crunchy chow mein noodles

# Steps:

01 - Mix together all ingredients for the peanut dressing. Stir until well combined and set aside.
02 - Wash and prepare all other ingredients according to the list.
03 - Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Pour the desired amount of peanut sauce on top.
04 - Toss the salad until everything is coated in the peanut sauce and serve immediately.
