# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 7 sheets graham crackers or as many saltine crackers as needed to cover pan

→ Caramel Topping

02 - 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, light or dark
04 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
05 - 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
07 - 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
08 - 1 cup chopped pecans
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Line a quarter sheet pan or 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
02 - Place graham crackers or saltine crackers in a single layer to fully cover the base of the prepared pan.
03 - In a saucepan over medium heat, melt unsalted butter with packed brown sugar, granulated sugar, corn syrup, ground cinnamon, and sea salt. Stir constantly and bring to a rolling boil. Continue cooking and stirring for 2 minutes.
04 - Remove caramel mixture from heat. Stir in chopped pecans and vanilla extract until evenly distributed.
05 - Pour the hot pecan caramel evenly over the crackers and spread with a spatula to coat completely.
06 - Transfer pan to oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the caramel is bubbling.
07 - Allow bark to cool completely, then break into serving pieces.
