Pesto Tortellini Tomato Basil (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package tortellini (20 oz)
02 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
03 - ½ cup fresh basil, chopped
04 - ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
05 - ¼ cup pesto

# Steps:

01 - Boil a large pot of water. Once boiling, cook the tortellini according to package instructions, typically about 5 minutes.
02 - Strain the cooked tortellini and rinse under cool water to lower the temperature.
03 - Chop and prep all other ingredients according to the ingredient list.
04 - In a large serving bowl, combine all ingredients and top with pesto. Gently toss until well coated. Add more pesto if desired.
