05 - 2/3 cup vanilla whey protein powder, packed
06 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
07 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

→ Add-ins

08 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, nut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - Add coconut sugar, whey protein powder, baking soda, and sea salt to the bowl. Mix until a cohesive dough forms.
04 - Gently fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly incorporated.
05 - Portion dough using a cookie scoop onto prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies apart, and flatten gently.
06 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
07 - Cool cookies on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
