Once the pan is thoroughly heated and the fat is shimmering, add all of the green beans to the skillet.

Sauté the green beans, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes to begin heating them through.

Incorporate the minced garlic and diced onion into the skillet; continue sautéing while stirring for another 3 to 4 minutes until the green beans are hot and the garlic and onions are golden brown and crisp but not burned.
