# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz frozen green beans
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon butter
04 - 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
05 - 1/4 cup diced onion

# Steps:

01 - Leave green beans sitting out for about 30-60 minutes or defrost in the microwave for 3-4 minutes until just thawed but not warm or soggy.
