In a large mixing bowl, mix together cream-style corn, drained sweet corn kernels, beaten eggs, 3/4 cup of the crushed Ritz crackers, and half of the melted butter, stirring until evenly blended.

Spread the corn mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine the remaining 3/4 cup crushed Ritz crackers, remaining melted butter, paprika, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Stir to fully moisten the crackers.

Distribute the seasoned cracker mixture evenly over the surface of the corn mixture.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the casserole is bubbling around the edges.
