01 - 2 pounds boneless chuck roast
02 - 1 small sweet onion, peeled and chopped
03 - 1 tablespoon jarred minced garlic
04 - 1 tablespoon herb and garlic seasoning
05 - 1/4 cup red wine
06 - 1/2 cup beef broth

# Steps:

01 - Place boneless chuck roast, chopped sweet onion, minced garlic, herb and garlic seasoning, red wine, and beef broth into the slow cooker.
02 - Secure the lid and cook on low heat for 8 hours, or until the beef reaches an internal temperature of 205°F.
03 - Carefully remove the beef from the slow cooker and use two forks to shred the meat.
