Cut ribs as needed to fit into the slow cooker, and remove the membrane if present.

Sprinkle both sides of the ribs with homemade Memphis rub seasoning.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.

Place the cooked ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet and brush with barbecue sauce.

Broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.
