# Ingredients:

01 - 3 pounds flank steak
02 - 1/4 cup olive oil
03 - 1/4 cup orange juice
04 - Juice of one lime (approximately 2 tablespoons)
05 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
06 - 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
07 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
08 - 1 teaspoon cumin
09 - 1 tablespoon honey

# Steps:

01 - Add the flank steak to the bottom of the slow cooker.
02 - Whisk together olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, and honey until well combined.
03 - Pour the marinade over the steak in the slow cooker, ensuring all the meat is covered with the juice.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or until the steak is tender.
05 - Remove the steak from the slow cooker and slice it. Serve immediately or return to the slow cooker on keep warm to soak in the juices before serving.
