01 - 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
03 - 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano or Italian seasoning
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth or water

# Steps:

01 - Pour the chicken broth into the base of the slow cooker.
02 - Combine paprika, oregano or Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Pat chicken breasts dry and evenly rub the spice blend over all sides of the chicken.
03 - Arrange the seasoned chicken breasts in the slow cooker, cover, and cook on low heat for 3–4 hours or on high heat for 2 hours. Cook just until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
04 - Remove chicken from the slow cooker and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with any accumulated juices spooned over top.

# Notes:

01 - Do not overcook the chicken breasts to avoid dryness. Use an instant-read thermometer for best results.
