Pour the chicken broth into the base of the slow cooker.

Combine paprika, oregano or Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Pat chicken breasts dry and evenly rub the spice blend over all sides of the chicken.

Arrange the seasoned chicken breasts in the slow cooker, cover, and cook on low heat for 3–4 hours or on high heat for 2 hours. Cook just until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Remove chicken from the slow cooker and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with any accumulated juices spooned over top.
