01 - 6 chicken drumsticks
02 - 450g baby potatoes
03 - 225g carrots, peeled and cut into 2.5cm chunks
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon herb and garlic seasoning

# Steps:

01 - Toss chicken drumsticks, baby potatoes, carrots, olive oil, and herb and garlic seasoning together until all ingredients are well coated.
02 - Transfer the mixture to slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked and potatoes are tender.
03 - For crispier skin, broil drumsticks briefly or brown in a skillet with 2 tablespoons of butter after slow cooking is complete.
