03 - 10 ounces frozen cut green beans
04 - 8 ounces carrots, peeled and sliced ½ inch thick
05 - 1 box (6 ounces) chicken-flavored stuffing mix
06 - 4 tablespoons butter
07 - 2 tablespoons flour
08 - 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
09 - ½ cup heavy cream
10 - 1 tablespoon powdered chicken bouillon or one cube
11 - ½ teaspoon salt

# Steps:

01 - Add chicken to slow cooker and sprinkle with seasoning blend evenly.
02 - Top with green beans and carrots (or vegetables of choice).
03 - Top with contents of stuffing box and spread evenly over chicken.
04 - Melt butter in microwave in a small glass bowl and let it cool slightly. Whisk flour into melted butter until smooth. Whisk in broth, cream, bouillon, and salt.
05 - Pour over mixture in slow cooker.
06 - Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours until chicken is cooked through. If desired, leave cover off slow cooker for the last 30 minutes to crisp up stuffing.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
02 - Reheat in a 350 ℉ oven (covered with foil) for 15-20 minutes, and broil briefly to re-crisp the top if desired.
03 - Layer the ingredients instead of stirring to maintain the stuffing's texture.
04 - Grease the slow cooker or use a liner for easy cleanup.
