# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
02 - 1 pound sweet potato, peeled and diced
03 - 2 1/2 cups frozen sweet corn kernels
04 - 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon cumin
08 - 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
09 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
10 - 1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro
11 - 1/4 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
12 - 1/2 cup heavy cream

# Steps:

01 - Add all ingredients except heavy cream to the slow cooker.
02 - Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
03 - Remove chicken once fully cooked and shred into smaller pieces.
04 - Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker along with the heavy cream and let heat through for 15 additional minutes.
