01 - 4 ears fresh corn on the cob, shucked and cleaned
02 - 4 tablespoons butter, softened to room temperature
03 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
04 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, optional for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Tear 4 pieces of aluminum foil large enough to wrap around an ear of corn.
02 - Place each ear of corn on a piece of foil.
03 - Mix butter, lime juice, and spices in a small bowl.
04 - Spread mixture over each piece of corn, applying evenly to each ear.
05 - Wrap corn in foil and twist ends tightly to prevent butter from leaking.
06 - Place corn in slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours, or until corn is cooked to your liking.
07 - Remove foil and serve with extra lime and chopped cilantro if desired.
