07 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
08 - 1 small onion, roughly chopped
09 - 4 carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks
10 - 6 oz red baby potatoes
11 - ½ head cabbage, core removed and cut into 4-6 wedges
