01 - 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 8 ounce can water chestnuts, drained and finely diced

03 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
04 - 1/4 cup honey
05 - 2 tablespoons seedless blackberry jam
06 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
07 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
08 - 1/2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

# Steps:

01 - Using a sharp knife, cut chicken into small pieces.
02 - Drain and finely dice the water chestnuts.
03 - Place chicken pieces and diced water chestnuts into the slow cooker.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, blackberry jam, cornstarch, minced garlic, chili garlic sauce, and garlic powder.
05 - Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
