09 - 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
10 - 1/4 medium avocado, mashed
11 - 1 tablespoon pesto
12 - 1 to 2 slices tomato
13 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Combine drained tuna, red onion, capers, dill, mustard, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated and the mixture forms a cohesive mousse.
02 - Spread mashed avocado evenly over one slice of toasted whole wheat bread. Top with an even layer of tuna mousse, followed by pesto and tomato slices. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Place the second slice of toasted bread on top to complete the sandwich. Slice in half if desired.
