01 - 16 oz cream cheese
02 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
03 - 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed, drained, and excess liquid squeezed out
04 - 1 1/2 cups Parmesan or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
05 - 21 oz marinated quartered artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
06 - 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
07 - 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
08 - 2 heads of garlic, roasted

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Spray a 3-quart baking dish with non-stick spray.
03 - In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix together until well combined.
04 - Add spinach, Parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, lemon juice, black pepper, and roasted garlic. Stir until fully combined.
