06 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

→ Salad

08 - 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
09 - 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
10 - 1 medium Honeycrisp apple, diced
11 - 1/2 cup diced red onion
12 - 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
13 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries
14 - 1/2 cup candied pecans, roughly chopped
15 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

# Steps:

01 - In a small bowl or jar, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, add chopped romaine lettuce, shredded rotisserie chicken, diced apple, red onion, pomegranate seeds, dried cranberries, candied pecans, and crumbled feta cheese. Toss to combine ingredients evenly.
