Beef and Butternut Squash Stew (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds stew meat
02 - 16 oz frozen cubed butternut squash
03 - 1 1/2 cups beef broth
04 - 2 tablespoons tapioca pearls
05 - 2 oz tomato paste

→ Seasonings

06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir thoroughly to combine.
02 - Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender and cooked through.

# Notes:

01 - Add frozen squash at the beginning for softer texture. Add it with 2-3 hours left to leave it more intact.
