Combine pineapple gelatin mix with boiling water in a heatproof bowl and stir thoroughly until completely dissolved. Allow mixture to cool slightly.

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla vodka until homogenous.

Gradually add the liquid mixture to the dissolved gelatin, stirring gently and continuously to ensure full incorporation.
