Whisk together extra virgin olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and kosher salt in a small bowl.

Pour half the seasoned olive oil mixture into the yeast mixture. Reserve the remaining oil.

Add all-purpose flour to the wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.

Transfer dough to a lightly greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm environment for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Pour reserved seasoned oil into a 7×11-inch baking dish and use a pastry brush to coat the bottom evenly.

Transfer risen dough to prepared baking dish. Gently stretch dough to fit pan and use fingertips to create dimples.

Drizzle with divided olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder and grated parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
