# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 cup warm water (110°-115°F)
02 - 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
03 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
04 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

→ Seasoned Oil

05 - 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
06 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
07 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
08 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

→ Finishing

09 - 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

# Steps:

01 - Combine warm water, active dry yeast, and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Allow to rest for 5 minutes, or until yeast is bubbly.
02 - Whisk together extra virgin olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and kosher salt in a small bowl.
03 - Pour half the seasoned olive oil mixture into the yeast mixture. Reserve the remaining oil.
04 - Add all-purpose flour to the wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
05 - Transfer dough to a lightly greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm environment for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
06 - Preheat oven to 450°F.
07 - Pour reserved seasoned oil into a 7×11-inch baking dish and use a pastry brush to coat the bottom evenly.
08 - Transfer risen dough to prepared baking dish. Gently stretch dough to fit pan and use fingertips to create dimples.
09 - Drizzle with divided olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder and grated parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
