Slow Cooker Peach Cherry Crumble (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 16 oz frozen sliced peaches
02 - 12 oz frozen sweet cherries, pitted
03 - 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
04 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
05 - 1/4 cup sugar
06 - 3 tablespoons milk
07 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

→ Topping

08 - 6 tablespoons cold butter
09 - 1/2 cup wheat flour or all-purpose flour
10 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
11 - 1/4 cup sugar
12 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

# Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, flour, sugar, milk, and lemon juice until well combined.
02 - Add frozen peaches and cherries to the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
03 - Spray the crock with nonstick spray and pour the peach and cherry filling into the slow cooker.
04 - Cut cold butter into small pieces. Using a fork or pastry cutter, mix butter with wheat flour, brown sugar, sugar, and cinnamon until a crumble forms.
05 - Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit filling in the crock. Cover and cook on high for 2-4 hours.
